Referrals

We appreciate every referral received and will gladly pay all licensed agents for all referrals. We offer Real Estate referral fees to licensed agents and Property Management referral fee to anyone. If you have ANY questions, call us today. Our office will keep you informed of the activity of your referral at all times.

Property Management

We offer lease referral fees to anyone, you do not have to be a licensed real estate agent. If you refer a client that ends up using us for our property management and tenant placement services, we will pay $200 for each referral.

Sales

If you refer a client who ends up buying or listing a home through Finding 43 Real Estate, we will gladly pay a commission once we are able to close on their purchase or sale. This percentage fee will be agreed on directly between our agent and the referring agent but typically is 25% of the side referred.

Submit a referral by completing this form. Idaho law prohibits us from paying referral fees from sales to anyone who is not a real estate agent. Please provide us with your contact information, as well as your client's contact information, so we can make sure to express our appreciation!
